It recognizes 11 professional sports modes, catering to various activities from cycling to skiing. The Zepp E evaluates sleep quality by analyzing different stages including deep sleep, REM, and wake periods, while also providing a nightly sleep score and breathing quality assessment. It even alerts users when they've been sedentary for too long.

With a robust 188mAh battery, the Zepp E delivers impressive longevity, lasting up to seven days under typical usage conditions or extending to 15 days in basic watch mode. The device supports call notifications and syncs seamlessly with iOS 10 and Android 5 devices through the Zepp app.
