ASUS has made a bold entrance at CES 2026 with the launch of the Zephyrus Duo 2026, redefining the gaming laptop landscape by introducing the world’s first dual 16-inch display setup. This innovative design merges power and flexibility in a way never seen before.

The standout feature of the Zephyrus Duo 2026 is its dual 16-inch OLED panels, both boasting 3K resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The lower panel detaches magnetically, transforming into a second full-sized screen while the keyboard remains usable. This setup is certified for ROG Nebula HDR and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 1000, achieving a peak brightness of 1,100 nits for vivid HDR content. Each display refreshes at 120Hz, with the primary screen adding NVIDIA G-SYNC to prevent gameplay tearing.

The laptop adapts to different needs through multiple modes. In Laptop Mode, it functions like a standard notebook for portability. Dual Screen Mode allows both displays to be used together after removing the keyboard, perfect for gaming with guides or multitasking. Book Mode rotates the device into a portrait layout, offering two vertical screens ideal for coding, reading, or document work.

Under the hood, the Zephyrus Duo 2026 is powered by Intel’s newest Core Ultra Series 3 “Panther Lake” processors, scaling up to the Core Ultra 9 386H. Graphics duties are handled by up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU with 24GB GDDR7 memory, placing it among the top portable gaming solutions. Memory configurations reach up to 64GB of LPDDR5-8533 RAM, paired with swift PCIe Gen 5 SSDs totaling up to 2TB of storage.
