ASUS VivoBook Go 14 (2025) Arrives in Nepal with Updated Processor and Faster Memory

Nagmani International, the official ASUS distributor in Nepal, has introduced the ASUS VivoBook Go 14 (2025), joining the recently launched VivoBook Go 15 series. This new model retains the same overall design as its predecessor but brings updates such as a newer processor and faster memory speeds.

The ASUS VivoBook Go 14 (E1404FA) features an AMD Ryzen 5 40 processor, built on the Zen 2 architecture, with 4 cores and 8 threads, capable of boosting up to 4.3 GHz. It is paired with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM running at 5500 MT/s and a 256GB Gen 3 NVMe SSD. While this setup handles everyday tasks like web browsing, document editing, online classes, and video calls smoothly, it may struggle with heavier workloads such as video editing, programming, or gaming.

The laptop sports a 14-inch Full HD IPS display with a 60Hz refresh rate, offering 250 nits of brightness and covering 45% of the NTSC color gamut. Despite being adequate for indoor use, the screen may appear somewhat dim in bright environments. The device weighs 1.38 kg and comes in Cool Silver and Grey Green color options.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, two USB-A ports, one USB-C port, HDMI 1.4, and a 3.5mm audio jack. A 42Wh battery is paired with a 45W adapter, and the laptop includes a fingerprint reader for added security. Other features include a 720p webcam with a physical shutter, dual speakers, and TPM 2.0 chip.
