CMF by Nothing Unveils New Buds with Advanced Noise Cancellation in Nepal

CMF, the sub-brand of Nothing recognized for its budget-friendly and design-focused products, has expanded its lineup with the launch of the CMF Buds in Nepal. Previously, CMF has offered accessories such as the Buds Pro, Watch Pro, and a 65W GaN charging brick. Now, the CMF Buds bring wireless audio capabilities to the brand’s affordable portfolio.

The CMF Buds feature an in-ear design with touch controls situated above the stem. The charging case stands out with an aluminum alloy dial intended for lanyard attachment, and the entire set carries an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance. Consumers can choose from three color options: Orange, Dark Grey, and Light Grey.

Audio performance is handled by 12.40 mm drivers constructed from bio-fibre and custom TPU, reinforced with copper coils for durability and enhanced low-frequency response. Dirac Opteo has tuned the sound for a rich, immersive experience, while four high-definition microphones paired with Clear Voice Technology ensure crisp call quality.

Connectivity is managed through Bluetooth version 5.3, supporting simultaneous pairing with two devices and compatibility with Android 5.1 or higher, iOS 13 or newer, and Windows platforms. The earbuds integrate with the Nothing X app for both Android and iOS users and include Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair for quick connections.

Battery life stands at up to 8 hours on a single charge and extends to 35.5 hours with the charging case. When active noise cancellation is enabled, playback drops to around 4.7 hours per charge, with the case providing an additional 21 hours. A quick 10-minute charge replenishes enough power for over 6 hours of use without ANC.

The CMF Buds offer up to 42 dB of active noise cancellation and include wind noise reduction for outdoor use. Additionally, a Low Lag Mode is available for gaming on Nothing smartphones.

Priced at NPR 7,999, the CMF Buds are now accessible through authorized retail stores across Nepal, positioning themselves as a compelling option in the competitive wireless earbud market.
