CMF Buds Pro Now Available at a Reduced Price in Nepal

The CMF Buds Pro, introduced by Nothing through its CMF sub-brand, has recently undergone a price adjustment in the Nepalese market. Originally launched in India alongside the Watch Pro and a 65W GAN charger, these true wireless earbuds now offer compelling features at a more accessible price point.

The CMF Buds Pro sports a classic in-ear design with a pill-shaped stalk and a touch-sensitive outer surface that enables easy control. Two small vents on the top serve the speakers, while two vents on the bottom house microphones. A notable inclusion is an optical sensor on the inner side that detects when the earbuds are worn, a feature rarely seen in this price range. Unlike the Nothing Ear (1), these earbuds lack a transparent aesthetic. Both the earbuds and their charging case feature a pebble-like texture and are offered in three color options: dark grey, light grey, and orange. The earbuds carry an IP54 rating, providing protection against dust and light water splashes.

In terms of audio performance, the CMF Buds Pro includes hybrid active noise cancellation capable of up to 45dB, paired with 10mm drivers constructed from crystal polymer and polyurethane for rich sound quality. The earbuds also support clear call technology and a robust bass boost mode. Connectivity is handled by Bluetooth 5.3, and they are compatible with AAC and SBC codecs. The pairing process is streamlined through Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair.

Users can manage the earbuds intuitively via touch controls: a double tap skips forward or answers and ends calls, while a triple tap moves backward or rejects calls. Holding the touch sensor allows users to toggle between active noise cancellation and transparency mode.

Battery life is decent, with each bud packing a 55mAh cell and the case holding a 460mAh charge. Without noise cancellation, the earbuds provide up to 11 hours of playback, extendable to 39 hours with the case. With ANC enabled, playback drops to approximately 6.5 hours per charge, or 22 hours with the case. Talk time stands at around five hours with ANC on and six hours with it off.

The CMF Buds Pro is currently priced at NPR 8,499 in Nepal and can be purchased from authorized retail outlets across the country.
