DJI Introduces Robust Wireless Mic System in Nepal

DJI has officially launched its innovative wireless microphone system in Nepal, catering to content creators who need reliable, high-quality audio on the go. The DJI Mic comes equipped with a built-in touchscreen receiver and supports a maximum range of 250 meters, making it ideal for film crews, vloggers, and multi-person interview setups.

The system includes two transmitters and one receiver in the standard package, perfect for recording conversations involving several speakers. Each transmitter features an omnidirectional microphone, and users can also connect an external lavalier mic for added flexibility. A standout feature is the Safety Track mode, which automatically records a secondary audio track at a reduced volume (-6dB) as a safeguard against potential recording issues.

With 8GB of internal storage, the DJI Mic can handle up to 14 hours of 24-bit 48kHz uncompressed audio recording. Creators can monitor the audio live through the receiver's headphone jack. The receiver boasts an OLED touchscreen that lets users control recording, adjust headphone volume, switch between stereo and mono modes, and access the safety track. The compact, magnetic design simplifies mounting on various devices, including cameras, smartphones, and laptops.

The DJI Mic measures 47.32 by 30.43 by 20.01 millimeters and weighs just 30 grams per unit. It operates on a 320 mAh battery for both the receiver and transmitters, with a charging case that holds a 2,600 mAh battery. Charging the units takes around 70 minutes, while the case requires approximately 2 hours and 40 minutes to reach full capacity.
