Honor Magic V2 Arrives in Nepal as the Thinnest Foldable Phone with Exclusive Deals

Honor has officially introduced the Magic V2 in Nepal, marking it as the slimmest foldable phone currently available, with a thickness of just 9.9 millimeters. This lightweight design, weighing only 231 grams, sets a new standard for foldable devices, making it more comparable to regular smartphones than previous models.

The Honor Magic V2 retains the gearless unibody hinge mechanism from its predecessor, the Magic Vs, but enhances it with titanium components for improved durability. Honor has also optimized the battery, using a Silicon-Carbon construction with a 5,000 mAh capacity arranged in a dual-cell setup, which still supports peak charging speeds of 66 watts.

The phone is offered in four color options: Silk Purple, Gold, Silk Black, and Ultimate Black. The Ultimate Black variant stands out with a PU leather back, while the others feature a glass back design. The outer screen measures 7.92 inches diagonally with a resolution of 2376 x 1060 pixels, and the inner display spans 6.43 inches with a resolution of 2344 x 2156 pixels. Both screens are 10-bit OLED panels supporting a 120Hz LTPO refresh rate and DCI-P3 color gamut, along with 3940 Hz PWM dimming for smoother brightness transitions.

Under the hood, the Magic V2 is powered by the latest version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, featuring overclocked Cortex-X3 "Prime" cores at 3.36 GHz. The device comes with 16GB of RAM and is available in storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and a special Ultimate version with 1TB of storage featuring vegan leather.

Photographically, the Honor Magic V2 boasts a triple-camera setup. The primary camera is a 50MP sensor with optical image stabilization, accompanied by a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 20MP telephoto lens offering 2.5x optical zoom and OIS. Additionally, the phone includes an 8x8 Direct Time-of-Flight sensor for real-time depth sensing, along with flicker and color temperature sensors to minimize light fluctuations.

The official price for the Honor Magic V2 in Nepal is set at NPR 239,999 for the 16GB/512GB variant. The device is available through authorized Honor stores nationwide.
