The Honor X5 Plus, initially launched with a MediaTek Helio G36 processor and a substantial 5200mAh battery, has recently undergone a notable price adjustment in the Nepalese market. This update makes the device more accessible to a wider audience while retaining its core specifications and features.

Design and Display

The Honor X5 Plus sports a 6.56-inch HD+ TFT LCD display that includes dynamic dimming technology and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The screen adopts a unique 20.15:9 aspect ratio with a waterdrop notch to accommodate the front camera and can display up to 16.7 million colors. It also supports multi-touch gestures with up to 10 simultaneous touch points.

From a design standpoint, the phone presents a slim profile, measuring just 8.35mm in thickness and weighing 188 grams. It is offered in two color options: Cyan Lake and Midnight Black.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the 12nm MediaTek Helio G36 chipset, featuring an octa-core CPU configuration and supported by the IMG GE8320 GPU for graphics rendering. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via a dedicated slot. The device runs on MagicOS 7.1, built on Android 13, and supports dual Nano SIM cards for flexible connectivity.
