HP Omen 16 (2024) Launches in Nepal With Powerhouse Specs

HP has officially unveiled the Omen 16 (2024) in Nepal, a high-performance gaming laptop designed for demanding users. The device combines the latest processing technology with robust graphics options, making it a strong contender in the competitive gaming laptop market.

The HP Omen 16 (2024) is equipped with the 14th Gen Intel Core i7-14700HX processor, capable of reaching speeds up to 5.5 GHz through Intel Turbo Boost Technology. This processor features 20 cores, including 8 performance cores and 12 efficiency cores, though it lacks some advanced features found in newer chips such as LPE cores, NPU, Arc Graphics, and improved efficiency. For graphics, users can choose between an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 or RTX 4070 Laptop GPU, each offering 8 GB of GDDR6 dedicated memory for smooth and immersive gaming experiences.

In terms of memory and storage, the laptop supports up to 32 GB of DDR5-5600 MHz RAM, ensuring fast multitasking capabilities. It is paired with a spacious 1 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD, providing quick access to games and applications.

The display on the Omen 16 measures 16.1 inches and features Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) with a smooth 165Hz refresh rate. The IPS panel offers wide viewing angles, while the anti-glare coating and Low Blue Light technology enhance comfort during extended gaming sessions. The HP Omen 16 (2024) is now available in Nepal in several configurations. The base model, featuring the Core i7-14700HX processor and RTX 4050 graphics with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD, is priced at NPR 175,000. Mid-tier configurations with the Core i7-14650HX and RTX 4060 graphics are available for NPR 199,000, while the top model, equipped with the Core i7-14700HX and RTX 4070 graphics, is priced at NPR 240,000.
