HP Pavilion Plus 14 (2024) Now Available in Nepal

The HP Pavilion Plus 14 (2024) has arrived in Nepal, bringing a fresh update to the popular Pavilion series. This ultrabook balances a sleek, lightweight design with capable performance, targeting users who need a portable yet powerful machine for daily tasks.

The laptop sports a slim aluminum build that weighs just 1.44 kilograms, making it easy to carry around. It measures 314 by 227 by 18.9 millimeters and comes in three color options: Blue, Pink, and Silver, though Silver is the most widely available. On the display side, buyers can choose between a 2.8K IPS screen with 300 nits brightness or a vibrant OLED panel offering 400 nits, both featuring a 16:10 aspect ratio, eyesafe certification, and a smooth 48Hz to 120Hz variable refresh rate.

Under the hood, the Pavilion Plus 14 is powered by Intel’s Core Ultra 5 125H processor, part of the Meteor Lake series. This 14-core CPU includes 4 performance cores, 8 efficiency cores, and 2 low-power cores, with speeds reaching up to 4.5GHz for the main core and around 3.6GHz for the others. While it lacks a dedicated graphics card, the integrated Intel Arc graphics operating at 2.2GHz handle light gaming and content creation well. The laptop ships with 32GB of soldered LPDDR5X RAM and a 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD for storage.

Battery life is a standout feature, with HP claiming up to 12.5 hours of use. In real-world video playback tests, the machine lasted an impressive 20 hours and 15 minutes, making it ideal for long work trips or travel. Connectivity includes two USB Type-A ports, one Thunderbolt 4 port, a standard USB-C port, HDMI, and an audio combo jack. It also supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless connections.

Additional features include a 5MP webcam with infrared support for Windows Hello, dual microphones for clear calls, and dual speakers with DTS X Ultra and HP Audio Boost for enhanced audio. The full-size keyboard has white backlighting for use in low-light conditions. The laptop also carries the Intel Evo badge, signifying fast wake-up times, extended battery life, and robust security features.

The HP Pavilion Plus 14 (2024) is currently available in Nepal through Dizikart. The base model with a 32GB RAM and 512GB SSD, paired with the 14-inch 2.8K IPS display, is priced at NPR 109,999. An OLED variant is also listed at NPR 119,999, though stock may be limited.
