HP Pavilion x360 14 (2022) Launches in Nepal at Rs. 95,000

The HP Pavilion x360 14 (2022) has officially launched in Nepal, positioning itself as an affordable and adaptable 2-in-1 laptop. This model caters to users seeking a balance of portability, functionality, and versatility without breaking the bank.

The laptop sports a 14-inch FHD touch screen that supports a 360-degree hinge, enabling seamless transitions between notebook, tablet, stand, and tent modes. Although it features a standard IPS display with a modest 45% NTSC color gamut and 250 nits brightness, it remains suitable for everyday computing and media consumption. A premium variant with Corning Gorilla Glass protection exists but is not available locally.

Built primarily from plastic with some metal accents, the Pavilion x360 14 (2022) measures 18.7mm in thickness and weighs approximately 1.61kg, ensuring decent portability for its class. It includes a full-size backlit keyboard with a scissor mechanism and an HP ImagePad touchpad supporting multi-touch gestures. The integrated 720p webcam comes equipped with a physical shutter for privacy, complemented by dual-array microphones and stereo speakers tuned by Bang & Olufsen for an enhanced audio experience.

Performance is handled by the latest 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U processor, a deca-core chip capable of turbo boosting up to 4.4GHz. While it lacks a dedicated graphics card, the integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics suffice for everyday tasks, light photo editing, and casual gaming. The system is configured with 8GB of DDR4 RAM soldered to the motherboard and a 512GB NVMe SSD for storage.

Connectivity options include two SuperSpeed USB-A ports, a microSD card reader, a USB-C port with Power Delivery and DisplayPort support, an HDMI port, and a combined 3.5mm audio jack. Powering the device is a 4-cell 53.2 Wh Li-ion battery, paired with a 45W power adapter for fast recharging.
