Huawei Nova 15 Ultra Arrives with Satellite Connectivity and Massive 6500mAh Battery

Huawei has recently unveiled the Nova 15 Ultra in China, joining the Nova 15 and Nova 15 Pro in the brand's latest lineup. Targeted at the upper mid-range segment, this model emphasizes superior photography and a premium user experience. The Nova 15 Ultra presents an elegant design, measuring only 6.8mm in thickness and weighing 202g. It incorporates a durable Kunlun glass front, an aluminum alloy frame, and a fiberglass back panel, along with IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. The display is a 6.84-inch flat OLED panel with a resolution of 2856 x 1320 pixels, supporting 10.7 billion colors and a P3 color gamut. It features an adaptive 1-120Hz LTPO refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and a peak brightness of 4000 nits, alongside AI HDR and eye-care technologies.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Kirin 9010S chipset, running on HarmonyOS 6. Huawei claims this processor offers an 18% performance boost over its predecessor, with system-level optimizations enhancing responsiveness and gaming stability.
