Huawei Watch Ultimate Arrives in Nepal

Huawei has officially launched the Watch Ultimate in the Nepali market, marking the brand's latest premium smartwatch offering. First introduced globally in March, this device builds on the success of the Watch 3 Pro with enhanced durability and advanced features.

Design and Display

The Watch Ultimate stands out with its zirconium-based alloy case, which Huawei claims is stronger, lighter, and more scratch-resistant than stainless steel. It comes in two color options: Voyage Blue and Expedition Black, both featuring ceramic bezels, a ceramic back, and sapphire glass protection for the 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display, which offers a peak brightness of 1000 nits.

The Voyage Blue variant ships with a titanium strap as standard, while the Expedition Black model includes a black nitrile rubber strap. Users can swap between different strap options depending on their preference.

Sports and Health Tracking

The Watch Ultimate supports four diving modes, including professional scuba, recreational scuba, free diving, and gauge diving. It carries EN13319 and ISO22810:2010 certifications, allowing users to dive up to depths of 100 meters or 10ATM. A special Expedition Mode activates dual satellite navigation for accurate tracking, map waypoints, and blood oxygen monitoring.

The device offers over 120 sports modes in total — more than 20 professional and over 100 basic options. It includes comprehensive health tracking with continuous heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen measurement, and ECG capabilities.

Satellite Messaging and Battery Life

Less than a year after its debut on the Huawei Mate 50 series, two-way satellite messaging has been integrated into the Watch Ultimate. Users can send messages from the watch to domestic terminals via the Beidou satellite system. This feature requires the Huawei Changlian app and is currently available only in mainland China.

The Watch Ultimate is powered by a substantial 530mAh battery, supporting Qi wireless charging. Huawei estimates typical usage scenarios can yield up to 14 days of battery life. An built-in microphone and speaker enable direct call handling from the wrist.

The Huawei Watch Ultimate is now available in Nepal in the Voyage Blue variant with a titanium strap for NPR 124,990. It can be purchased from authorized Huawei stores across the country.
