Infinix Unveils GT Verse Ecosystem with New Gaming Laptop and Accessories

Infinix has entered the growing ecosystem race with the launch of its GT Verse platform, aiming to deliver seamless connectivity and performance across a range of gaming-oriented devices. While major brands like Apple, Samsung, Huawei, and Xiaomi already have established ecosystems, Infinix, a subsidiary of Transsion Holdings and sister company to Tecno and Itel, is now expanding beyond smartphones into a broader product range.

The GT Verse concept was revealed through a social media post showcasing several devices including the recently announced GT 20 Pro smartphone, a high-performance laptop, wireless earbuds, and a unique Arc Reactor-inspired cooling accessory for phones. Infinix promises users "seamless connectivity and unparalleled performance" through this AIoT-focused ecosystem, with smartwatches also potentially joining the lineup.

Following the ecosystem announcement, Infinix quickly unveiled the Infinix GTBOOK, positioned as the first major device under the GT Verse banner. The laptop features a bold mecha aesthetic with RGB lighting on the keyboard and rear ventilation area. It sports a large 16-inch display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, powered by an Intel Core i9-13900H processor paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 graphics card. Advanced thermal management comes via the ICE Storm 3.0 system with dual fans, while a substantial 70Wh battery supports rapid 190W fast charging.

Although Infinix has not provided a specific launch date for the complete GT Verse experience, the recent teasers suggest that the products are nearly ready for market introduction. The GTBOOK is expected to be the second device in the GT series lineup following the GT 20 Pro smartphone, with additional accessories anticipated to arrive within several months.
