Latest iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max Prices in Nepal Revealed

Apple introduced the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max in September 2022, bringing notable design and performance changes to the premium smartphone segment. After reaching the Nepalese market in December 2022, these models have seen several price adjustments, and current official pricing is now available.

The iPhone 14 Pro measures 147.5 x 71.5 x 7.85 mm (206 g) with a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display, while the iPhone 14 Pro Max expands to 160.7 x 77.6 x 7.85 mm (240 g) and a 6.7-inch panel. Both share identical specifications, including a ceramic shield front, stainless steel frame, glass back, and IP68 dust and water resistance rating.

A major visual change is the replacement of the large notch from previous models with a thinner pill-shaped cutout, introducing Apple's Dynamic Island feature. This interactive area handles notifications, media controls, and Face ID authentication in a more engaging way. The displays now reach a peak brightness of 2000 nits and include always-on display support, ProMotion 120Hz refresh rate, HDR, and True Tone.

Under the hood, both phones utilize Apple's powerful A16 Bionic chip, a six-core processor with two high-performance and four energy-efficient cores, promising up to 20% better power efficiency than competitors. Battery life estimates are up to 23 hours of video playback for the Pro and 29 hours for the Pro Max. Charging options include Qi wireless, MagSafe, and a 20W Lightning cable.

Connectivity features 5G, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3. The Nepali variants support dual SIM through one physical slot and one eSIM, unlike US models that use eSIM only. Satellite-based Emergency SOS is available in the United States and Canada but not yet in Nepal. A new crash detection system automatically alerts emergency services and designated contacts when severe impacts are sensed.

The camera system sees a major upgrade with a 48MP primary lens, up from 12MP, paired with a quad-pixel sensor that improves low-light performance. Most images record at 12MP for optimal light capture, but the sensor can crop to provide true 2x zoom at a 48mm focal length. The ultrawide camera also enhances macro photography and triples low-light performance. Apple's flash is now twice as bright and adjusts based on focal length. Video capabilities include 4K recording at 30fps and 24fps in cinematic mode, plus a new Action mode for exceptionally smooth handheld footage without a gimbal.

Both models are offered in Space Black, Silver, Gold, and Deep Purple color options, with storage choices of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Purchasing from authorized sellers automatically registers devices in MDMS, providing a one-year telephone warranty, six-month battery warranty, and one-year coverage for accidental damage.

Current official pricing for the iPhone 14 Pro starts at NPR 172,990 for the 128GB model, rising to NPR 266,990 for the 1TB version. The iPhone 14 Pro Max begins at NPR 191,990 for 128GB and reaches NPR 285,990 for the top 1TB configuration.
