Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 3 Launched in Nepal with Updated Specs and Premium Design

Lenovo has officially launched the ThinkPad T14s Gen 3 in Nepal, bringing a slimmer, more portable version of its flagship business laptop for 2022. This iteration builds on the success of the previous generation with notable improvements in design, performance, and security.

The ThinkPad T14s Gen 3 features a noticeably thinner profile compared to its predecessor, with weight savings depending on configuration. The laptop boasts a premium all-aluminum chassis as standard, with an optional carbon fiber lid for added durability and style. The 14-inch display now adopts a taller 16:10 aspect ratio, and Lenovo provides six display options ranging from WUXGA panels with varying brightness and color coverage to a high-end 90Hz OLED option with touch capability and Lenovo’s Privacy Guard technology.

Under the hood, the ThinkPad T14s Gen 3 offers a significant performance upgrade. Intel versions are powered by 12th Gen Alder Lake CPUs, available in both 15W U-series and 28W P-series configurations. AMD configurations feature Ryzen 6000 Pro series processors, which, while less headline-grabbing, deliver notable improvements over the previous year and excel in graphics performance with AMD Radeon graphics that surpass Intel Iris Xe. Both platforms utilize non-upgradeable LPDDR5 memory, with the AMD version running at a higher clock speed.

Key specifications vary between AMD and Intel models, with display options covering WUXGA, 2.2K, and WQUXGA OLED variants. Memory configurations range from 8GB to 32GB LPDDR5, and storage options extend up to 2TB M.2 SSD. The device runs Windows 11 Home and offers a full-size LED keyboard with an optional backlight, along with HD or FHD webcams featuring privacy shutters and optional IR sensors for facial recognition.
