The ThinkPad Yoga L13 Gen 4 retains its familiar 2-in-1 layout but loses just 100 grams over the previous generation, tipping the scales at 1.31 kilograms and measuring 17.06 mm thin. It combines an aluminum top layer with a plastic base, available in Storm Grey or Thunder Black colors. Display options include a 13.3-inch IPS LCD with a 16:10 aspect ratio and WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200. While international models reach 400 nits with TUV low-light certification, the Nepal version offers a 300 nits screen without extra features.
Performance comes from Intel's 13th Gen U-series processors, ranging from a six-core i3-1315U up to a ten-core i7-1365U. The reviewed configuration carries the i7-1335U, paired with 16GB of soldered LPDDR5 RAM running at 4800 MHz and a 1TB M.2 SSD with Opal 2.0 security. Graphics are handled by Intel Iris Xe, stepping up from the base model's UHD option. Storage and memory expansion is limited to a single M.2 2242 slot.
A 46 Wh lithium-polymer battery supplies power, supported by Rapid Charge technology that can replenish 80 percent in under an hour using the supplied 65W adapter. The laptop also supports off-port charging through either of its two USB-C ports. Connectivity includes two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, HDMI, a 3.5 mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.1. An FHD webcam with a physical cover, a backlit ThinkPad keyboard with Trackpoint, and a three-button trackpad complete the package.
