New Intel-Powered Lenovo V Gen 3 Laptops Arrive in Nepal

Lenovo has introduced the Intel versions of its V Gen 3 business laptops in Nepal, featuring both 14-inch (V14) and 15.6-inch (V15) models. Designed for students and office users, these budget laptops start below NPR 1 lakh and come equipped with 12th Gen Intel Core processors, including options for i3, i5, and i7 chips.

The V14 is a slim 19.9mm design weighing around 1.7kg, perfect for portability, while the V15 offers a larger 15.6-inch screen in a slightly bulkier form factor. Both models feature all-plastic bodies in Business Black or Iron Grey and come with FHD displays, with optional IPS panels offering higher brightness and wider viewing angles.

Under the hood, the Intel variants utilize the 12th Gen Intel Core series, paired with integrated Iris Xe graphics. Memory configurations include up to 16GB DDR4 RAM across two slots, with an M.2 slot supporting up to 512GB SSD storage. Select models with a smaller 38Wh battery also include an additional space for a 2.5-inch HDD.

Despite the budget positioning, the V Gen 3 series supports Rapid Charge technology, charging up to 80 percent within an hour, and includes a range of connectivity options such as dual USB-A ports, USB-C with Power Delivery, HDMI, Ethernet, and a headphone jack. Wireless connectivity features Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, while security includes firmware-based TPM 2.0 and a Kensington security slot.

Current pricing in Nepal starts at NPR 68,000 for Ryzen-based V14 and V15 models, with Intel-powered V14 and V15 units beginning at NPR 80,000 for i5 configurations, rising to NPR 102,000 for the V15 with an i7 processor. These laptops are now available through authorized computer retailers nationwide.
