Lenovo Yoga 9i 14IRP8 (2023) Lands in Nepal With Premium Features

Lenovo has officially launched the Yoga 9i 14IRP8 (2023) in Nepal, bringing a refreshed design and powerful performance to the popular 2-in-1 laptop lineup. The device targets professionals and creative users with its premium build, vibrant display options, and efficient Intel Evo platform.

The core upgrade for this year is the shift to 13th Gen Intel "Raptor Lake" processors, with the top configuration featuring a Core i7-1360P. This 12-core (4P+8E) chip delivers a maximum clock speed of 5.0GHz and operates at a 28W TDP, providing smooth multitasking and media handling capabilities. Memory is fixed at 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, paired with either a 512GB or 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, ensuring fast storage performance.

A standout feature is the 14-inch OLED touchscreen, available in 2.8K resolution with a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The panel boasts 100% DCI-P3 color coverage, Dolby Vision support, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, making it ideal for photo and video editing. Lenovo also includes a Precision Pen 2 stylus for precise input on the touchscreen.

Battery life is a strong point, with Lenovo claiming up to 14 hours of local video playback and around 10 hours on the MobileMark 2018 benchmark. The included 75WHr battery supports Rapid Charge boost, and users can recharge using one of three USB-C ports, two of which support Thunderbolt 4.0 with DisplayPort and Power Delivery. Additional ports include a USB Type-A slot and an audio combo jack, while wireless connectivity covers Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2.

Built from an all-aluminum CNC-milled chassis, the Yoga 9i weighs just 1.4kg and is MIL-STD 810H certified for durability. It is available in Storm Grey or Oatmeal color options and features a 360° hinge for flat tablet mode. Audio comes from a quad-speaker setup tuned by Bowers & Wilkins and certified for Dolby Atmos, placed above and beside the keyboard deck.

Security features include a Windows Hello-certified IR webcam and a fingerprint reader, while the keyboard offers full-size keys with dedicated shortcuts for performance modes, camera blur, color profiles, and dark mode toggling. The laptop also includes a 2MP FHD camera with IR support for facial recognition.

The Lenovo Yoga 9i 14IRP8 (2023) is priced at NPR 230,000 for the Core i7-1360P configuration with a 2.8K OLED display, 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD. It is available through authorized Lenovo distributors such as Nagmani International and selected retail stores across Nepal.
