Nepal Telecom has introduced a series of special offers tailored for the Dashain, Tihar, and Chhat festivals, designed to meet the needs of both prepaid and postpaid customers using GSM or CDMA SIMs. The promotions, effective from Asoj 15 (October 1) to Asoj 29 (October 15) and from Kartik 12 (October 28) to Kartik 21 (November 6), feature affordable data packages combined with complimentary voice minutes and text messages.
Customers can choose from two main data bundles: the first provides 100MB for NPR 50, valid for five days, accompanied by 10 minutes of free talk time and 10 free SMS messages. The second bundle offers 250MB for NPR 100, valid for ten days, including 25 minutes of free talk time and 25 free text messages.
In addition, a night-time data package is available for both GSM and CDMA users. This package includes 500MB for NPR 40, valid for seven days, and 1200MB for NPR 85, valid for 15 days. These night-time plans are accessible between 10 PM and 6 AM and remain valid from Asoj 15 for the next three months.
During the periods of Asoj 22 to Asoj 29 and Kartik 14 to Kartik 21, Nepal Telecom is also providing a 10% discount on voice calls. This means prepaid users will pay NPR 1.35 per minute, while postpaid users will be charged 90 Paisa per minute. Furthermore, SMS rates will be reduced by 50% throughout the offer period, making communication even more economical for festival-goers.
