Samsung Launches Odyssey G7 and G9 Curved Gaming Monitors in Nepal

Samsung has officially introduced its Odyssey G7 and G9 gaming monitors in Nepal, marking the arrival of the brand's curved display technology for local gamers. First announced globally at CES 2020, these monitors feature distinctive curved QLED panels designed for immersive gaming experiences.

The Odyssey G9 stands out with a massive 49-inch Dual Quad HD panel (5120 x 1440 resolution), offering a rapid 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. Its 1000R curvature and HDR1000 VA panel, combined with Quantum dot technology, deliver vivid colors and sharp contrasts. This model is considered the pinnacle of Samsung's current Odyssey gaming lineup.

The Odyssey G7 provides similar performance in a more compact form, available in both 27-inch and 32-inch variants with QHD resolution (2560 x 1440). It matches the G9's 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time but features an HDR600 VA panel with 600 cd/m2 peak brightness. Both models support FreeSync Premium Pro and G-SYNC for smooth gameplay.

In Nepal, the 27-inch Odyssey G7 is priced at NPR 139,990, while the 32-inch version costs NPR 148,990. The high-end Odyssey G9 is available for NPR 319,990, offering gamers a premium curved gaming experience.

These monitors connect via two DisplayPort 1.2 ports, one HDMI 2.0 port, and two USB ports, making them compatible with a wide range of gaming setups.
