OnePlus Nord Buds 2r Debuts in Nepal Offering Extended Playback

OnePlus has expanded its true wireless earbud range in Nepal with the launch of the Nord Buds 2r, a more affordable variant of the regular Nord Buds 2 that omits active noise cancellation. The new model arrives with a lightweight, rounded design and a splash-resistant IP55 rating for everyday use.

The Nord Buds 2r sports a 12.4mm dynamic driver with a titanium-coated diaphragm, tuned for rich bass response and capable of a 20Hz to 20kHz frequency range. While it lacks noise cancellation, it supports Dolby Atmos, Dirac Sound Tuning, and a Sound Master Equalizer for an enhanced audio experience. Users can customize settings through the HeyMelody app on Android and iOS devices, although OnePlus and OPPO phones benefit from seamless Fast Pair integration.

Each earbud houses a 36mAh battery, while the compact charging case holds a 480mAh cell. OnePlus claims up to 8 hours of playback from a single charge, extending to 38 hours when combined with the case. The earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.3 and support the AAC and SBC codecs, with charging performed through a USB-C cable.

Weighing just 4.3 grams per bud, the Nord Buds 2r are available in Deep Grey and Triple Blue colorways. The charging case tips the scales at 38 grams. Authorized OnePlus retailers in Nepal now offer the Nord Buds 2r at NPR 4,699.
