Oppo Reno 15c Debuts in China With Robust Battery and Premium Build

Oppo has introduced the Reno 15c in China, expanding its Reno 15 series with a model that balances solid performance and durability. The device stands out with a durable design, a large battery, and a versatile camera setup, making it a strong contender in the mid-range segment.

The Reno 15c features a 6.59-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It is built with a glass back and achieves an IP69 rating, ensuring good resistance to dust and water. Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB. The device runs on Android 16 with Oppo’s ColorOS 16 interface.

For photography, the Reno 15c includes a 50MP primary camera from Sony, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto camera using the Samsung JN5 sensor, along with a 50MP front camera for selfies. A notable highlight is its 6,500 mAh battery, supported by 80W fast charging, providing strong endurance despite falling short of some competitors’ larger cells.

Currently available in China with sales starting on December 19, the Oppo Reno 15c is expected to reach Nepal soon. The base model with 256GB storage is anticipated to cost around NPR 65,000, while the 512GB variant could be priced near NPR 72,000.
