POCO Pad M1 Debuts in Nepal with a Massive 12,000 mAh Battery and Snapdragon 7s Gen 4

POCO has launched the Pad M1 alongside the F8 and F8 Ultra smartphones. This tablet brings a sizable 12.1-inch IPS LCD screen with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and a sharp 2.5K resolution, reaching up to 600 nits in high brightness mode. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, built on a 4nm process, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD up to 2TB.

The POCO Pad M1 sports a premium unibody metal design, available in Grey and Blue, measuring 279.8 by 181.65 by 7.5mm and weighing 610g. It includes features such as DC Dimming, 4096-level brightness adjustment, and TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light, flicker-free display, and circadian-friendly viewing. Dolby Vision support enhances HDR content.

Audio performance is strong, with a quad-speaker setup tuned with Dolby Atmos and a rarity these days, a 3.5mm headphone jack. Both front and rear cameras are 8MP each, capable of recording video at 1080p at 30 frames per second.

Perhaps the most standout feature is the enormous 12,000 mAh battery, which should easily last a full day on a single charge. It supports 33W wired fast charging and even offers 27W reverse charging, allowing the tablet to power other devices.

Running Android 15 with HyperOS 2, the POCO Pad M1 includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 for connectivity. Unfortunately, it lacks cellular and GPS support.

In the United States, the POCO Pad M1 is priced at USD 329 but currently enjoys an early-bird discount that drops the price to USD 279. If and when it launches in Nepal, expectations are for a starting price of NPR 48,000, potentially falling to NPR 40,000 during promotional periods.
