Razer Launches Blade 14: A Compact Gaming Laptop with AMD Power

Razer has brought back its popular 14-inch Blade laptop, now with AMD under the hood for the first time. This move makes Razer the latest manufacturer to adopt AMD's mobile gaming processors. We explore the key features and expected pricing for the Razer Blade 14 in Nepal.

Performance The new Razer Blade 14 stands out with its powerful hardware. It is equipped with the latest Ryzen 5900HX processor, featuring 8 cores and 16 threads, capable of reaching speeds up to 4.6GHz. This chip improves upon previous H-series processors commonly found in thin gaming laptops. For graphics, Razer offers the high-end RTX 3080, with options also available for the RTX 3060 and RTX 3070. Cooling is handled by a dual-fan liquid vapor chamber system, with each fan boasting 88 blades.

Design and Display As Razer's smallest and thinnest gaming laptop, the Blade 14 surpasses even the Blade 15 in compactness. Constructed from CNC aluminum with an anodized finish, it measures just 16.8mm in thickness and weighs approximately 1.78kg. Display options include a base model with a 144Hz FHD panel covering 100% sRGB, and a higher-end variant featuring a 165Hz QHD panel with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.

Keyboard and Camera The keyboard includes Razer Chroma's per-key RGB lighting and supports N-Key rollover, ensuring all simultaneous key presses are registered.
