Realme GT Neo 2 Review: A Strong Contender in the Premium Mid-Range Segment

The Realme GT Neo 2 positions itself as a strong competitor in the premium mid-range smartphone market. With a 6.62-inch AMOLED display boasting a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1300 nits, users experience fluid navigation and vivid visuals. Under the hood, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G chipset paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM ensures robust performance for multitasking and gaming, handling titles like Genshin Impact and PUBG at stable frame rates.

A standout feature is its sizable 5000mAh battery, which delivers approximately 7 to 7.5 hours of screen-on time under typical use, complemented by 65W fast charging that can fully recharge the device in around 40 minutes. The phone also includes a Dolby Atmos-powered stereo speaker setup, offering rich audio quality, although it falls slightly short of the OnePlus Nord 2’s audio depth.

Camera performance is generally reliable, with the 64MP primary sensor producing detailed images with good dynamic range, though colors can appear overly saturated at times. Additionally, the phone does not support 120fps gaming despite its capable hardware, which limits its appeal to gamers seeking the smoothest experience.
