Realme Narzo 90 Debuts with Robust Build and Vibrant Display

Realme has expanded its Narzo series with the launch of the Narzo 90, joining the Narzo 90x as the latest additions to the lineup. This article delves into the Narzo 90's design, performance capabilities, and anticipated pricing for the Nepali market.

The Narzo 90 sports a sleek design reminiscent of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, complete with a distinctive camera module and a vertical stripe bearing the Realme logo. Measuring 7.79mm in thickness, the phone strikes a balance between style and manageability, while its IP68/69 rating ensures robust protection against dust and water splashes.

At the heart of the display is a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel that delivers vivid colors and deep contrasts, paired with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate for seamless scrolling and gaming. The screen also incorporates 2160 Hz PWM eye protection technology to minimize strain during prolonged use.

Under the hood, the device is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 6400 Max processor, built on a 6nm process. This 5G-ready chip includes a pair of Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.5GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2GHz, supported by an Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. An AirFlow VC cooling system with thermal graphite helps maintain optimal temperatures during intensive tasks. Users can choose between 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, with the option to expand capacity up to 2TB via a microSD card. The phone runs Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15.

A massive 7000mAh battery fuels the Narzo 90, providing extended usage on a single charge. When power does run low, a 60W SuperVOOC fast charger can replenish the battery swiftly. In India, the Narzo 90 is priced at INR 16,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant and INR 18,499 for the 8GB/128GB model. Should it launch in Nepal, expectations are for the base version to start at NPR 29,999, positioning it as a compelling option in the mid-range segment.
