Realme P4 Power Debuts in India With Massive 10,001mAh Battery

Realme has officially launched the P4 Power in India, bringing a smartphone with an extraordinary 10,001mAh battery, a size rarely seen outside of rugged devices. This model aims to appeal to users who demand extended battery life without frequent recharging.

The P4 Power sports a 6.8-inch quad-curved AMOLED display offering a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 6,500 nits, along with HDR10+ support and a vibrant color gamut of over 1.07 billion colors. Protection comes from Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, and the phone features a unique TransView split-back design available in three color options: TransSilver, TransOrange, and TransBlue. It carries an IP66, IP68, and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance and has passed drop tests from a meter height.

At its core, the device houses a 10,001mAh silicon-carbon battery, which Realme claims will retain at least 80% capacity after eight years or 1,650 charge cycles. The battery supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, reaching 50% in about 36 minutes, and includes 27W reverse charging, allowing users to charge other devices such as an iPhone 16 Pro to 50% in 27 minutes. The phone can deliver up to 32 hours of YouTube playback, 12 hours of BGMI gaming, 21 hours of navigation, or 12 hours of 4K video recording on a single charge.

Under the hood, the P4 Power is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset built on a 4nm process, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, with virtual RAM support for additional flexibility. Cooling is managed by a vapor chamber and a large graphite sheet, while a HyperVision+ AI chip handles visual enhancements, motion processing, HDR, and frame interpolation.

Camera capabilities include a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with optical image stabilization, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP Sony IMX480 front camera. The device can record video at 4K resolution at 30 frames per second and includes AI features such as AI Edit Genie 2.0, AI Instant Clip, AI Perfect Shot, AI LightMe, and AI StyleMe.

Running on Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0, the phone promises three years of OS updates and four years of security patches. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, USB-C, NFC, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security.

In India, the Realme P4 Power starts at ₹25,999 for the 8GB/128GB model, with higher configurations available. If and when it arrives in Nepal, expectations are for the base version to start at NPR 43,000, making it a compelling option for users seeking a durable, high-capacity smartphone.
