New AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D and 9900X3D Processors Arrive in Nepal

AMD has officially introduced the Ryzen 9 9950X3D and Ryzen 9 9900X3D processors in Nepal, marking a significant update to the company's gaming-focused CPU lineup. The Ryzen 9 9950X3D stands out as the company's flagship consumer processor, boasting 16 Zen 5 cores and 32 threads. The CPU features a base clock of 4.3GHz and a boost clock of 4.7GHz, paired with a substantial 144MB of second-generation 3D V-Cache, which helps maintain high clock speeds with reduced thermal output. With a TDP of 170W, this processor promises notable performance improvements over its predecessor, the Ryzen 9 7950X3D.

In gaming benchmarks, the Ryzen 9 9950X3D delivers approximately an 8% average performance increase across 40 games at 1080p compared to the Ryzen 9 7950X3D. It also surpasses Intel's Core Ultra 9 285K by a margin of about 20% in the same tests. However, when compared to AMD's recently announced Ryzen 7 9800X3D, the 9950X3D shows comparable performance without a significant advantage, making the 9800X3D a more cost-effective option for dedicated gamers.

For content creation tasks such as video editing and graphic design, the Ryzen 9 9950X3D provides around a 13% speed improvement over the 7950X3D and a 10% boost over the Core Ultra 285K, based on a 20-application average test.

The Ryzen 9 9950X3D is priced at NPR 135,000, while the Ryzen 9 9900X3D is available for NPR 115,000. Both processors are currently available for purchase through Dizikart, making high-end gaming and productivity performance accessible to Nepali consumers.
