Samsung has introduced the Galaxy A25 5G to the Nepali market, bringing an attractive mid-range option with updated pricing. The device combines a smooth 120Hz AMOLED display, a powerful Exynos 1280 5G processor, and a substantial 5000mAh battery, now offered at more accessible rates.

Design and Display

The Galaxy A25 5G carries a design language similar to its predecessor, the Galaxy A24, with a U-shaped notch display and a rear camera bar that echoes flagship aesthetics. Constructed from recycled materials, the phone is available in Yellow, Light Blue, and Blue Back color options. Its 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and includes a Vision Booster feature for enhanced color accuracy and brightness.

Performance

Powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1280 5G chipset, built on a 5nm process, the A25 delivers two Cortex-A78 cores clocking at 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz, with a Mali-G68 GPU for graphics. It is offered with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. Running on One UI 6.0 based on Android 14, the device is set to receive four years of OS updates and five years of security patches.

Camera Setup

On the back, a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro sensor. The front features a 13MP selfie camera, supported by AR Zone and Single Take capabilities within the camera app.

A robust 5000mAh battery fuels the device, supporting up to 25W fast charging. Although the phone does not include a charger in the box, Samsung Nepal provides a genuine 25W charger free with each purchase.
