The fitness band offers comprehensive health monitoring capabilities. It includes advanced sleep tracking that can detect snoring and monitor blood oxygen levels, along with a personalized Sleep Coach that provides tailored recommendations to improve sleep habits. Throughout the day, the Fit 3 tracks over 100 types of exercises and continuously monitors heart rate, stress levels, and other metrics.

Safety Features

Samsung has added new safety functions, including Fall Detection and an Emergency SOS feature. In case of an unexpected fall, the device can quickly connect to emergency services. The SOS function also allows users to easily call for help with the press of a button.
