Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic Arrives in Nepal with Rotating Bezel

Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic in Nepal following its recent Galaxy Unpacked event, which also introduced the Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5, Tab S9 series, and the standard Watch 6. The Watch 6 Classic stands out by reintroducing the physical rotating bezel that many users cherished, a feature that was replaced with a digital version on last year's Galaxy Watch 5 series.

The Classic model comes in two sizes: 43mm and 47mm, offering more flexibility compared to the single 45mm option on the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. It is available in Black and Silver color options. The watch features a Super AMOLED display with Sapphire Crystal protection, measuring 1.3 inches on the 43mm model and 1.5 inches on the 47mm model. It carries an IP68 rating and 5 ATM water resistance for everyday durability.

Under the hood, the Watch 6 Classic utilizes the Exynos W930 processor built on a 5nm process, promising around 18 percent faster performance. It is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, and supports Bluetooth 5.3 along with dual-band WiFi. Notably, it is the first Samsung smartwatch to run on Wear OS 4, via One UI Watch 5.

Health and fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the Watch 6 Classic's extensive tracking capabilities, including over 90 exercise modes such as walking, running, cycling, and swimming. Health monitoring features cover real-time heart rate, SpO2 levels, women's health, blood pressure, and skin temperature measurements, all processed by the reliable 3-in-1 BioActive sensor. Samsung has enhanced sleep monitoring with richer data and improved suggestions, and the watch now includes irregular heart rate alerts, better fall detection, and an advanced automatic SOS feature for emergencies.

Battery life is handled by a 300mAh cell in the 43mm version and a larger 425mAh pack in the 47mm model. Charging remains at 10W using the same ER-OR900 wireless charger as the Watch 5 series. The Watch 6 Classic also supports eSIM connectivity and can act as a remote or display monitor for selfies when paired with compatible Galaxy smartphones.

In Nepal, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is available exclusively in the 47mm Bluetooth variant at NPR 64,999 through authorized Samsung retailers.
