Samsung Nepal Introduces Online Token System for Service Centers

With health precautions still in place across Nepal, Samsung Nepal has launched an online token system for customers needing to visit service centers. This new approach helps ensure safety while offering a more organized way to manage repairs and servicing.

How to Book an Appointment

To use the new system, customers should start by visiting the provided link. While some users may be redirected to Samsung India’s support page, scrolling to the bottom will reveal the “Service Online Appointment” option. From there, users select their location — currently limited to the Kathmandu Valley — and choose a nearby Samsung service center. After entering personal details including the device model and email address, users must agree to Samsung’s Privacy Policy. A One Time Password is then sent for verification, after which customers can pick their preferred date and time slot. The left side of the screen displays operational hours and contact information for staff, helping users plan their visit. Once everything is confirmed by clicking “Take Appointment,” customers can head to the center with their token number.

Key Benefits

The token system supports social distancing by ensuring only a limited number of people arrive at set times, reducing crowded waiting areas. It also gives customers greater control over their schedules and provides easy access to official service center information from any device.

For additional support, customers can reach out using these toll-free numbers: +977-166-0017-2667 (NTC users) or +977-9801-57-2667.
