Sony Introduces Bravia X75K 4K TVs in Nepal with Enhanced Features

Sony has officially introduced the Bravia X75K 4K LED TV series in Nepal, marking the arrival of the company's latest smart television models for 2022. The series stands out with its advanced display technologies, extensive smart features, and strong performance credentials.

The Bravia X75K TVs are currently available in two sizes for the Nepali market: a 55-inch and a 65-inch model. Both screens boast a crisp 4K Ultra HD resolution of 3840 by 2160 pixels, paired with LED edge lighting and minimal bezels for an immersive viewing experience. The display refresh rate sits at 50Hz, enhanced by MotionFlow technology that delivers smooth motion handling for fast-paced content.

A key highlight of these TVs is Sony's X-Reality Pro picture engine, which uses a dedicated 4K database to upscale lower-resolution content to near 4K quality. The sets also support HDR10 and HLG formats, while Live Color technology reduces noise and enhances detail clarity across the entire screen. Viewers can expect rich, vibrant visuals with improved contrast and dynamic range.

Under the hood, the Bravia X75K series is powered by Sony's X1 4K processor, accompanied by 16GB of internal storage for app and media management. The Android TV operating system opens access to a vast library of applications through the Google Play Store, along with built-in Google Assistant for voice commands. The platform further welcomes Apple users with AirPlay and HomeKit support, enabling seamless streaming from iOS devices.

Audio performance is handled by a down-firing 20W dual-speaker setup, tuned with Dolby Audio for a spacious and balanced sound profile. Sony's Clear Phase technology analyzes and compensates for speaker response characteristics, ensuring consistent audio clarity regardless of viewing angle.

Connectivity options are plentiful, with three HDMI ports featuring HDCP 2.3 and eARC support for advanced audio-video passthrough. Additional ports include two USB 2.0 slots, an Ethernet jack, a digital audio output, an RF input, and wireless capabilities through dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth version 5.0.

For a limited time coinciding with the FIFA World Cup, Sony is offering a flat 10 percent discount on both models. The 55-inch Bravia X75K TV is priced at NPR 145,350 following the discount, down from NPR 161,500, while the 65-inch version is available at NPR 189,900 after a similar reduction from NPR 211,000. These TVs can be purchased from authorized Sony retail outlets across Nepal.
