Sony Xperia X and XA Ultra Get Significant Price Reductions in Nepal

Nepa Hima Trade Link, the authorized Sony distributor in Nepal, has introduced substantial price cuts for the Sony Xperia X and Xperia XA Ultra, effective from March 14. These adjustments make the devices considerably more affordable for local consumers.

The Sony Xperia X features a sleek metallic back and a 5.0-inch 1080p IPS LCD display. It is powered by a Hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 processor, paired with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD. Running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, it is set to receive the Nougat update. The camera setup includes a 23-megapixel primary lens and a 13-megapixel secondary lens, supported by a 2,620 mAh battery.

The Sony Xperia XA Ultra boasts a large 6.0-inch 1080p IPS LCD display, ideal for multimedia and gaming. It is equipped with an Octa-core MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage, also expandable via microSD. The device sports a 21.5-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and a 16-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture, and it will similarly receive the Nougat update. A non-removable 2,700 mAh battery powers this model.

Following the price revisions, the Sony Xperia X is now available for NPR 38,500, down from NPR 50,500, while the Sony Xperia XA Ultra is priced at NPR 34,500, reduced from NPR 38,500.
