TCL C735 QLED 4K TV Arrives in Nepal

TCL has introduced the C735 QLED 4K TV in Nepal, offering buyers two screen sizes: a 55-inch and a 65-inch model. First shown at IFA 2022, this TV brings high-performance features typically found in gaming monitors to the living room.

Display and Design

The TCL C735 sports a QLED panel with 4K UHD resolution and a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. It supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) technology, allowing the refresh rate to adjust between 48Hz and 144Hz for seamless gameplay. The TV includes HDMI 2.1 inputs with Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and is AMD FreeSync certified, making it ideal for gamers. It also handles HDR content well with HDR10+, HLG, and Dolby Vision IQ, which adapts brightness based on ambient lighting. The screen uses 2304-zone micro dimming for accurate contrast, achieving a ratio of 6000:1 for rich colors and deep blacks. The design features a slim, bezel-less look with a metallic finish, though it requires a special wall-mount bracket instead of a VESA mount.

Performance and Smart Features

Under the hood, the TV runs on a quad-core processor paired with TCL’s Amati UI, an Android TV-based system. The interface offers personalized content recommendations through TCL Channel and supports voice commands via Google Assistant. A notable addition is the optional webcam extension, enabling video calls directly from the TV. The MultiView 2.0 feature lets users watch four different content streams simultaneously.

Audio and Connectivity

Audio comes through a 20W speaker setup with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS. Connectivity options include one HDMI 2.1 port, two HDMI 2.0 ports, AV input, USB 2.0, eARC, and ALLM. Wireless connections are handled by Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi, and the TV also supports AirPlay 2 for easy pairing with Apple devices. Gamers will appreciate the built-in Game Bar, which displays real-time stats like frame rate and allows quick adjustments during play.

Pricing and Availability

The 55-inch TCL C735 QLED 4K TV is priced at NPR 157,790, while the larger 65-inch version costs NPR 210,890. Both models are available through CG Digital and its retail locations across Nepal.
