Priced at NPR 179,999, it undercuts premium options like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 by nearly half, delivering a foldable form factor that feels surprisingly complete for the cost.

Design and Build

The Phantom V Fold 2 adopts a 21:9 aspect ratio on its cover display, making daily use feel more natural than the narrower screens on some competitors. Tecno has addressed major build issues seen in its previous model, offering a more manageable weight, improved vegan leather backing, and a hinge that supports multiple angles. However, the hinge can be noisy and lacks the rock-solid stability found in the Galaxy Z Fold 6. While it carries an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance, it does not match the IP48 rating and overall sturdier construction of Samsung's offering.

Displays

While not excessively draining overnight, battery optimization needs refinement.
