Vivo V40 Pro Arrives With Premium Design and Flagship Performance

Vivo has introduced the V40 Pro as the premium sibling to its recent V40 series. Building on the success of earlier models, this device combines a sophisticated design with high-end hardware for a compelling user experience.

The phone showcases a slim, curved profile with a glass back panel and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. It comes in two elegant finishes: Ganges Blue and Titanium Grey. The 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display offers a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and impressive 4500nits of peak brightness, ensuring vibrant visuals even under bright sunlight.

Under the hood, the V40 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, a true flagship processor that includes one Cortex-X3 core at 3.35GHz, three Cortex-A715 cores at 3.0GHz, and four energy-efficient Cortex-A510 cores at 2.0GHz. Graphics are handled by the Mali-G715 Immortalis MP11 GPU. Users can choose between 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage, all running on Android 14 with Vivo’s Funtouch OS.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the Zeiss-optimized camera system. In India, the base 8GB/256GB version is priced at INR 49,999. For the Nepali market, the expected starting price is NPR 84,999, with the higher-end 12GB/256GB model anticipated at NPR 99,999 when it becomes available.
