Vivo V60 Lite Refresh Debuts with Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 Processor

Vivo is preparing to launch a new iteration of its V60 Lite smartphone, this time with notable internal upgrades. The device has recently been listed in Panama, marking the third variant of the V60 Lite following the existing 4G and 5G models already available in Nepal.

The refreshed V60 Lite retains its familiar design but introduces several key improvements. It features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, along with an optical in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The phone meets IP65 dust and water resistance standards and passes MIL-STD-810H durability testing. It will be offered in Black and Blue color options.

Under the hood, the phone swaps the previous Snapdragon 685 chipset for the newer Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 processor. This processor is currently used only in the Honor X8d, meaning it hasn’t been widely tested yet, but it is expected to deliver reliable performance. The device runs on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15. Memory configuration includes 8GB of RAM with virtual RAM expansion and 256GB of internal storage, though it lacks a microSD card slot for additional storage expansion.

Photographically, the V60 Lite sports a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while the front camera boasts a sharp 32MP sensor. The phone is powered by a sizable 6,500 mAh battery, supporting 90W wired fast charging that can fully charge the device in under an hour. It also supports 6W reverse wired charging for powering smaller accessories.

At this time, the official price and Nepal availability for the refreshed V60 Lite remain unconfirmed, so potential buyers will need to wait for further updates from local distributors.
