Vivo X300 FE and X200T Set for India Debut

Vivo is gearing up for the launch of two new smartphones in India, the X300 FE and X200T, as confirmed by recent Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certifications. Both devices have generated considerable buzz among enthusiasts, with leaks and rumors offering a glimpse into what users can expect.

Vivo X300 FE

The Vivo X300 FE is essentially a rebranded version of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, maintaining a compact design reminiscent of the iPhone Air, particularly notable for its sleek camera module. It sports a 6.31-inch OLED LTPO 1.5K display that delivers a smooth 120Hz refresh rate experience. Under the hood, it is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, accompanied by LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The camera setup is impressive, featuring a 50MP main sensor with a large 1/1.56-inch sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 3x periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. The device is backed by a substantial 6500mAh battery and supports rapid 90W wired charging.

Vivo X200T

The Vivo X200T is a rebranded version of the Vivo X200, introduced in April 2025, and adopts a design similar to the X200 Pro, complete with a central circular camera module and a metallic frame. It features a spacious 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with FHD+ resolution and a fluid 120Hz refresh rate. One of its standout features is the enlarged 6,200 mAh silicon-carbon battery, which outpaces other X200 models, coupled with the convenience of 40W wireless charging—a feature absent in the standard X200. The phone is driven by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset for enhanced performance and efficiency, and it boasts IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance ratings. It ships with Android 15 and will receive up to four major Android updates, running on Funtouch OS 15 internationally.

Launch and Availability

While an official launch date for the X300 FE and X200T has not yet been announced, industry observers speculate that the X300 FE could debut in late January or February, following a pattern similar to the X200 FE, which launched in July 2025. This would align with Vivo’s approximate six-month release cycle.
