Xiaomi Unveils A27Qi 2026 Monitor with Enhanced Display and Speed

Xiaomi has updated its popular A27Qi monitor for 2026, bringing notable improvements to its display quality and performance. The new A27Qi 2026 focuses on delivering better color accuracy, a faster refresh rate, and enhanced contrast, all while maintaining an affordable price point.

The monitor features a 27-inch IPS panel with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. It now offers 100% sRGB and 95% DCI-P3 color coverage, with each unit factory calibrated to a delta-E value under 1, ensuring consistent and accurate colors out of the box. Brightness sits at 300 nits, and the contrast ratio measures 1,300:1, which is modest but adequate for its target audience. Viewing angles remain wide at 178 degrees.

One of the key upgrades is the boost to a 120Hz refresh rate, up from the previous model's 100Hz, providing smoother motion for everyday tasks and lighter gaming. The response time is set at 6 milliseconds (GtG), and the monitor includes eye-care features such as TÜV Rheinland-certified low blue light emission and DC dimming for reduced eye strain during extended use.

Although the Xiaomi A27Qi 2026 has launched in Thailand for THB 4,990, there is no official release date or confirmation for Nepal yet. However, market expectations suggest it could arrive in the coming months at an estimated price of around NPR 21,000.

For Nepali consumers, the A27Qi 2026 presents a strong value proposition if it launches near the expected price point. It is well-suited for everyday computing, media consumption, and casual gaming thanks to its QHD resolution, accurate colors, and smooth 120Hz refresh rate. However, those needing HDR support, higher brightness levels, or advanced features for demanding gaming or professional creative work may want to consider more premium options from brands like MSI or Samsung.
