Xiaomi Unveils G27Qi 2K Gaming Monitor with 200Hz Refresh Rate

Xiaomi has announced the G27Qi 2K gaming monitor for 2026, marking what is believed to be the company's first foray into the monitor market. The 27-inch display boasts a 2560 x 1440 (2K) resolution and a significant upgrade to a 200Hz refresh rate, up from the previous model's 180Hz. The monitor features a Fast IPS panel with HDR 400 support, a 10-bit color depth, and coverage of 95% DCI-P3 and 100% sRGB color spaces.

Design-wise, the G27Qi sports slim bezels on three sides and a tilt-adjustable stand that can tilt from -5 degrees to +15 degrees. It also supports VESA 75 x 75 mm mounting and weighs 4.15 kg with the stand attached. Connectivity options include two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and an audio jack. Power consumption peaks at 48W.

Gamers will appreciate the AMD FreeSync Premium technology for smooth gameplay synchronization, a 1ms GTG response time for reduced motion blur, and TÜV-certified blue light filtering to minimize eye strain. A rear-mounted joystick provides easy access to settings.

Currently, the Xiaomi G27Qi is available in Australia for AUD 289. While no official launch date or pricing has been confirmed for other regions yet, Nepali consumers can expect the monitor to arrive at a price of no less than NPR 26,500.
