Xiaomi Expands Service Network with New Centers in Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod

Xiaomi, a leading smartphone brand in Nepal, has expanded its service network by opening three new official service centers in Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod. These centers are operated by TeleDirect Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Ramesh Corp and Xiaomi’s long-standing distributor outside the Kathmandu Valley.

To celebrate the launch, Xiaomi is offering special promotions for one month from the opening date. Customers in these areas can benefit from free device servicing, free software upgrades, up to 25% discounts on out-of-warranty spare parts and repair services, and no service charges for out-of-warranty spare parts.

A spokesperson for Xiaomi Nepal expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, highlighting that the simultaneous launch of these centers will make official service more accessible and convenient for Nepali consumers. The company is confident that its partnership with TeleDirect will enhance service quality and availability.

Each service center is staffed with skilled technicians trained to Xiaomi’s official standards, capable of handling a range of services from basic troubleshooting to complex repairs. Customers are encouraged to visit their nearest center for consultations, repairs, and reliable after-sales support.

This expansion is a strategic move given the popularity of Xiaomi phones in Nepal. Hetauda, Damauli, and Birtamod are key locations, serving as headquarters for Makwanpur, Tanahu, and Jhapa districts respectively.
