Apple Introduces AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation in Nepal

Apple has officially released the AirPods 4 in Nepal, bringing active noise cancellation to the brand’s popular semi-in-ear earbuds for the first time. The new model builds on the iconic AirPods design while adding several advanced audio and connectivity features. Available through authorized retailers such as Dizikart, the AirPods 4 comes in two variants – a standard edition priced at NPR 24,999 and an ANC-equipped version at NPR 34,999.

The AirPods 4 retains the classic white semi-in-ear design with a slimmed-down charging case, reduced by approximately 10% in size. The earbuds feature an updated stem equipped with a force sensor, enabling users to control playback and manage calls through simple pinches. They also carry an IP54 rating, making them resistant to dust, sweat, and water. For added personalization, buyers can engrave emojis, names, initials, or numbers directly onto the earbuds.

On the audio front, the AirPods 4 utilize an Apple-designed low-distortion driver paired with a custom high-dynamic range amplifier, delivering crisp, high-fidelity sound processed at 16-bit/48kHz. The earbuds also introduce personalized spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, enhancing immersion while watching or listening to content. An inward-facing microphone automatically adjusts the equalization to preserve audio details based on what the user is hearing.

A major highlight of the AirPods 4 is the inclusion of active noise cancellation, previously unseen in Apple’s semi-in-ear lineup. Powered by the H2 chip, this ANC system adapts to environmental sounds, allowing essential audio like sirens to pass through even when activated. The H2 chip additionally enables “Voice Isolation,” which reduces background noise during calls for clearer speech. Users can also disable ANC or choose a version without it entirely.

Beyond audio performance, the AirPods 4 integrate smoothly within Apple’s ecosystem. They pair instantly with any device linked to the user’s Apple ID and support seamless switching across multiple Apple gadgets. The earbuds also allow two sets of AirPods to be connected to a single device, enabling shared audio experiences. The H2 chip supports Siri on standby and interactive commands, where users can confirm or deny requests through simple head movements.

Battery life stands at up to five hours per charge for the earbuds alone, extending to 30 hours with the charging case. With ANC enabled, playback time drops to approximately four hours for the buds and 20 hours with the case. Both versions support USB-C charging, while the ANC model further includes wireless charging capabilities and a built-in speaker to assist in locating misplaced earbuds via Find My.

The AirPods 4 are now available in Nepal through authorized Apple retailers such as Dizikart, offering users a premium audio experience with enhanced noise management and deep compatibility across Apple devices.
