Coolpad C15 Lands in Nepal With Big Battery and Budget Pricing

The Coolpad C15 has finally arrived in Nepal after more than a year of anticipation. As part of Coolpad's popular “C” series, this model boasts an eye-catching design with a glossy textured back that resists scratches and fingerprints. It comes in three color options: Midnight Black, Ripple Purple, and Dreamy Blue, with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button.

The display measures 6.56 inches and uses an IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate, providing decent smoothness for everyday use. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G36 processor, paired with either 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, with support for expansion via microSD up to 512GB.

Despite being a budget device, the Coolpad C15 includes a substantial 5,000 mAh battery with 18W charging support. The camera setup consists of a 50MP primary lens and a 2MP macro camera on the rear, along with an 8MP selfie camera positioned within a teardrop notch on the front.

Connectivity options include dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and 4G LTE. The phone runs COOLOS based on Android 14.

In Nepal, the Coolpad C15 is priced at NPR 15,999 for the 4GB/128GB model and NPR 16,999 for the 6GB/256GB variant. Note that Coolpad markets a “12GB” memory option, which refers to the combined RAM and storage expansion feature. The device is now available through authorized retailers nationwide.
