Intex Q7n Pro Debuts in Nepal Ahead of Market Arrival

CG Impex Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Intex smartphones in Nepal, has presented the Intex Q7n Pro at the recent Intex Distributors’ Meet held in Bangkok. Though official pricing has yet to be confirmed, the phone is anticipated to debut for less than NPR 8,000, targeting the budget segment.

The Q7n Pro carries a 4.5-inch FWVGA screen and runs on a 1GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731C chip, paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, expandable via microSD up to 32GB. It includes a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front camera, supported by a 2000mAh battery. Connectivity includes dual SIM support, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS. The device ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop and is unlikely to receive later OS updates. Buyers will also receive a wireless headphone free of charge.

During the event, Mr. Ramesh Shrestha, Senior General Manager at Chaudhary Group, highlighted the importance of strong distributor relationships and the success Intex has achieved in Nepal through collaborative efforts. Mr. Jayesh Sinha, SAARC Head for Intex India, emphasized the company’s commitment to expanding its product range, strengthening its dealer network, enhancing after-sales service, and building consumer trust. The Intex Q7n Pro is scheduled for market availability from next week and will face competition from models such as the Huawei Y3 II, Samsung J1 Nxt Prime, and Colors P50.
