OnePlus Turbo 6 Debuts in Nepal With Massive 9000mAh Battery and Snapdragon 8s Gen 4

OnePlus has expanded its Turbo series with the launch of the Turbo 6, a mid-range smartphone designed to deliver impressive performance and battery life. The device is poised to attract users seeking a balance between power and endurance without breaking the bank.

The Turbo 6 sports a sleek design with a slim profile and a durable build, featuring a square camera module and robust IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. It houses a large 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution, offering a smooth 165Hz variable refresh rate, a 330Hz touch sampling rate, and a peak brightness of 1,800 nits. The screen is protected by Oppo's Crystal Shield glass and supports both PWM and DC dimming for comfortable viewing.

Under the hood, the Turbo 6 is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC, built on a 4nm process. This semi-flagship processor includes one Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3210 MHz, three Cortex-A720 cores at 3000 MHz, two Cortex-A720 cores at 2800 MHz, and two Cortex-A720 cores at 2020 MHz. It is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage, running on Android 16 with ColorOS 16.

For photography, the Turbo 6 features a 50MP main camera alongside a 2MP monochrome sensor on the rear, while a 16MP camera handles selfies and video calls. Despite the modest camera setup, the phone focuses on delivering strong performance for everyday tasks and gaming.

One of the standout features of the Turbo 6 is its massive 9,000mAh battery, which supports 80W wired fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging. The device also includes bypass charging technology to prevent overheating during extended gaming sessions or heavy use. Connectivity options encompass WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6, NFC, 5G, VoNR, an IR blaster, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.

In terms of pricing, the OnePlus Turbo 6 starts at CNY 2,299 for the base model in China. For the Nepalese market, the expected price for the OnePlus Turbo 6 begins at NPR 55,999, with higher configurations reaching up to NPR 76,999, pending official availability.
