Realme C31 Debuts in Nepal With Power Efficiency and Affordable Pricing

Realme has launched the C31 in Nepal, the newest addition to its C-series lineup and the follow-up to last year's C21 model. The C31 brings essential features and solid performance in an accessible package.

The device sports a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate. While it does not include a high refresh rate, the design incorporates a distinctive camera bump reminiscent of higher-end Realme models such as the GT 2 series, along with curved edges for improved handling. The display features a teardrop notch at the top to accommodate the 5MP selfie camera. It is offered in Dark Green and Light Silver color options, weighs 197 grams, and measures 8.4mm in thickness.

Under the hood, the C31 is powered by the Unisoc T612 chipset, an entry-level octa-core processor built on a 12nm process with two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores also at 1.8GHz. Graphics are managed by the Arm Mar-G57 GPU. Memory configurations include 3GB RAM with 32GB storage or 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, both supporting expansion up to 1TB via a microSD card.

The rear camera setup consists of three sensors: a 13MP primary lens with an f/2.2 aperture, an f/2.4 macro lens, and an f/2.8 monochrome sensor, all accompanied by an LED flash. The front camera, situated within the teardrop notch, is a single 5MP shooter with an f/2.0 aperture.

The C31 is equipped with a sizable 5000mAh lithium-polymer battery, though it supports only 10W charging via microUSB. The device runs Android 11 with Realme UI R out of the box. Additional features include a single speaker, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button.

The official price for the Realme C31 in Nepal is set at NPR 17,799 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. It is now available through authorized retail channels across the country.
