Realme has expanded its Narzo series in Nepal with the launch of the Narzo 50A Prime. This model builds on the foundation of the Realme C35, introducing a fresh design and a new processor under the hood. Notably, earlier versions of the phone shipped without a charging adapter, but newer variants now include the charger in the box.
The Narzo 50A Prime sports a 6.6-inch LCD screen with an FHD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera. The display offers a peak brightness of up to 600 nits and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The phone maintains the Kevlar-inspired textured design seen in previous Narzo models but features a redesigned camera bump. It measures 8.1mm in thickness and weighs around 192.5 grams, and is available in Flash Black and Flash Blue color options.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the Unisoc Tiger T612 processor, built on a 12nm process with 2 Cortex-A75 and 6 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. It is paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and offers 64GB or 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, with an option for further expansion via a microSD card slot.
The camera setup includes a triple rear arrangement with a 50MP primary sensor, along with a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP portrait lens. The front camera is an 8MP shooter housed in the waterdrop notch. The phone supports 1080p/30fps video recording on the rear camera and 720p/30fps on the front camera.
Despite its slim profile, the Narzo 50A Prime houses a substantial 5000mAh battery, which Realme claims can last up to 17.2 hours of YouTube video playback. The device supports 18W fast charging for quicker recharges. It also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for added security and runs on Android 11 with Realme UI R Edition.
The Narzo 50A Prime is now available in Nepal through authorized retailers. The base 4GB/64GB variant is priced at NPR 20,299 without a charger and NPR 20,999 with a charger included. The 4GB/128GB variant is available for NPR 21,799 without a charger and NPR 22,499 with a charger in the box.
