Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi 10C in the Nepalese market, positioned as the follow-up to last year’s Redmi 9C. The phone brings several upgrades, including a new processor and an improved camera setup, while maintaining a large battery and expansive display.
The Redmi 10C features a 6.71-inch IPS LCD panel with a 60Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop-style notch at the top. Its rear design includes a textured finish and a square-shaped camera island that houses the imaging sensors and a fingerprint sensor. The device is offered in three color choices: Black, Green, and Blue.
Under the hood, the Redmi 10C swaps the Helio G96 chip from its predecessor for a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, built on a 6nm process for better efficiency. It pairs this with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. On the photography front, the phone boasts a 50MP primary camera accompanied by a 2MP macro lens, while a 5MP sensor sits within the waterdrop notch for selfies.
Powering the device is a robust 5000mAh battery, now supporting 18W fast charging, an improvement over the 10W charging of the earlier model. The sole variant available carries a price tag of Rs. 18,999 and can be found at authorized Xiaomi retail outlets across Nepal.
